Ryanna McMillen, LE
Ryanna has worked in the Laser Esthetics industry for more than 12 years. She is extremely dedicated and passionate about her career and clients. For this reason, she continues to work on advancing her skills with continued education and training, continually taking classes to stay on top of the latest information and technology of this growing multi-billion dollar industry. It is her mission to bring the best state of the art technology and advances in aesthetic medicine to her clients.
Brooke Thayer, RN
Brooke is a Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience. She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing in 2003 from Linfield College-School of Nursing, in Portland, Oregon. She is the lead Injector as well as an Educator for the Institute's Injectable training course. She also teaches a Platelet Rich Plasma course for Advanced Aesthetics Education Group in the Pacific Northwest. It is her mission to provide you with the best customer experience possible whether that be in the treatment room or classroom.
Amber Sheen, LE
Amber Sheen is a Licensed Esthetician for the State of Idaho and a Medical Assistant to our Physician. With over a decade of experience in skincare and advanced esthetics, Amber brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the field of health and beauty. She has been with NWLI since June 2015. She believes the esthetic industry offers an on going learning experience & keeping up with available knowledge is key to being the best esthetician possible. Her passion for skin care makes her job an enjoyable experience each day. She believes that investing in our skin is an investment that lasts a lifetime.
Brittany Lougy, MA
Brittany has been an educator for various Medical Esthetics training courses in both Oregon and Idaho for over 3 years. She is a professionally trained Medical Assistant with a passion for education, taking advantage of every learning opportunity in the industry to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements with technology and protocol. Using her love of research, she contributed to the development of the curriculum for Oregon’s new 210 Hour Course. Brittany is the primary educator for the Advance Aesthetics Education Group’s CE Medical Micro Needling seminars offering opportunities for continued education and career opportunity across the Pacific Northwest.
Donna Heathman, MA
Donna is a licensed Medical Assistant with more than than 20 years of hospital and clinical experience. Over the years, she took on the role as a preceptor, which sparked a passion for teaching and mentoring students. She moved to Boise in 2013 and began a career teaching the Medical Assisting program for the College of Western Idaho. She has successfully educated nearly 200 students and mentored them down the medical assisting career path. Donna believes that a good educator is instrumental for a student’s over-all learning experience. She strives to make each class interesting and engaging by incorporating her own personal work experiences in her lectures. Her creative detail in explaining classroom didactic as well as “hands-on” practice makes it possible for everyone to learn and excel. Donna takes great pride in knowing that she has helped each student reach their goals. "The best part of my job is the students"! We are excited to welcome Donna to the NWLI team!
Jennifer Jameson, PBST
Jennifer Jameson was born and raised in Idaho, growing up in Boise. She worked at Micron Technology for a decade before moving around the country. After several years, she returned to her home town where she began her career in Phlebotomy. She attended CWI where she received her certification, later becoming nationally certified through ASCP. Jennifer worked at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, where she helped precept student phlebotomists during their clinicals. After several years at St. Al's, she began her career as the lead phlebotomy instructor at the College of Western Idaho.
Jennifer has taught well over 200 students the skill of phlebotomy. She has taught several classes, including Medical Assistants, Law Enforcement Officers, and Phlebotomy for Healthcare Professionals. Jennifer has an enthusiasm for teaching and finds huge reward in helping students become successful.
Clarissa McAllister, LE
Clarissa McAllister is a Licensed Esthetician for both the state of Idaho and North Carolina as well as a Medical Assistant to our Physician. By bringing her experience to Northwest Laser Institute, Clarissa hopes to share her passion of making you feel beautiful, both inside and out. Esthetics is a growing industry in which Clarissa is always acquiring new knowledge and skills. She believes that when it comes to professional esthetics, you can never learn too much. She always has a smile on her face and is happy to meet new people and share her love of esthetics. She is excited for her future with Northwest Laser Institute and proud to be a part of the team!
Dr. Ralene Wiberg, OB/GYN
Dr. Ralene Wiberg is known throughout the Treasure Valley for her generous participation in various patient charity work. Dr. Wiberg is the Medical Director for Northwest Laser Institute and oversees all patient care with our staff.
